Disabling Intel DPST on PCs with integrated Intel Graphics

If your machine has an integrated Intel GPU, you might encounter screen flickering as well as low display brightness. This is caused by Intel Display Power Saving Technology, or DPST, which is enabled by default in the drivers.

This setting can be disabled through Intel Graphics Command Center. However, since AME is unable to run Microsoft Store applications, there is no way to access the driver settings through GUI.

Instead, you can use dpst-control. Running disable-dpst.bat as Administrator will disable DPST on your machine and resolve flickering/brightness issues.
